During the initial consultation, we collected all their ideas and understood their needs. After getting a fair idea of their budget, we suggested some services: stage decoration, ambient lighting, and welcome dance.

1. Stage decoration
We created a grand backdrop for the stage with the mix of green and pastel flowers, keeping in mind the taste of the couple.
2. Ambiance lighting
The couple selected our lighting service, we lit up the whole venue with warm lights and fancy hangings covering every inch of the venue.
3. Welcome dance
When the couple entered the venue they were welcomed by a beautiful dance performance. We have a bunch on vendors for entertainment activities and out of those, Allwyn & Amy selected the welcome dance by Volcano Dance Company
Christian Wedding Reception Date
Allwyn & Amy selected 10th of July 2023 to host their wedding reception in Kottayam.
July month creates magic in Kerala. This is the time when the monsoon finally settles in and one can enjoy the vibrant culture and verdant greenery that comes alive during the rains.
Venue – St. Sebastian Convention center, Athirampuzha
As per our suggestion the couple selected the magnificent, elegant and immaculately groomed multi-purpose hall located in the heart of Athirampuzha, St. Sebastian Convention Center.
- It is a huge venue with a sitting capacity of 1560 guests.
- It has a spacious parking lot to accommodate 1000 cars.
- The venue has a mega stage of 60 x 26 ft for grand performance.

Volcano Dance Company is a renowned name in Kerala. They are famous for their professional dance performances in different styles.
