When Bhavani & Adithya visited us we tried to understand the couple’s vision for their Hindu Kerala Wedding, their guest count, budget, and preferred style (formal, rustic, etc.). We discussed the general timeline for wedding planning, considering the engagement period and the wedding date.
As per their choice we arranged Stage décor, Mylanchi arrangements, Hindu wedding ritual arrangements. Later on we explained our different wedding packages (full planning, partial planning, or just day-of coordination) and how we can help navigate the various aspects of wedding planning, from vendor selection (caterer, photographer, florist etc.) to venue scouting and budget management.

We typically feature drapery, soft lighting, and floral arrangements. We use white and ivory fabrics for a sophisticated look, and add a pop of color with pastel shades.
b. Mylanchi Arrangements
As a wedding planner we helped Bhavani to create a beautiful and memorable Mylanchi ceremony. We created a festive and vibrant atmosphere. This involved decorations with colorful fabrics, vibrant flowers, ethnic throw pillows, and traditional Indian rugs. We also arrange for lighting that complements the theme.
c. Hindu Kerala Wedding Ritual Arrangements
Kerala Hindu weddings are known for their vibrant traditions and deep cultural significance. We helped Bhavani & Adithya with venue selection, catering, invitations, and gifts exchanged during the ceremony.
2. Selected Venue – Windsor Castle
Windsor Castle is a luxury hotel, Ayurvedic resort, and convention center located in Kottayam, Kerala, India. It is situated just a short 30-minute drive away from Kumarakom, a popular tourist destination known for its backwaters.
Windsor Castle is spread over 20 acres of lush foliage and landscaped lawns, set against the backdrop of the Kodoor River and Vembanad Lake. The hotel is known for its excellent hospitality and beautiful views of the backwaters. It is a popular destination for weddings.
